☆ It is extremely hot and humid down here.
Therefore, I need eye makeup primer (otherwise my eye makeup barely lasts for an hour D;). Anyone want to recommend a good one that is reeeaaaally cheap isn't all too expensive? or maybe some sort of cheaper alternative to primer?
